ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Reporting to the Customer Success Operations Manager, the Customer Support Representative is the heart of Comsense. You will be responsible for helping our customers resolve issues they have encountered and ensure they get the most out of our software. Customer Support Representatives at Comsense have a knack for listening, problem-solving, working collaboratively, and proactively tackling known issues or situations to enhance the customer experience.
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
 
The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge, skills and experience:
  • High school diploma required; college or university experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Minimum one-year experience in a customer support setting.
  • Experience using Comsense preferred.
  • Experience in Zendesk preferred.
  • Experience in construction supply or management with exposure to industry-related software preferred
